genepy spritz

I randomly grabbed genepy off the shelf in a cool liquor store one time years ago and it’s stayed a favorite. It’s from the French alps and supposedly used to help altitude sickness for alpine hikers. I’m not sure whether that’s true but I love its light and herbaceous flavor. Makes a delicious low abv refresher with club soda and a squeeze of lemon of grapefruit, bonus for a rosemary or mint sprig.
